Refund Policy

The short version: 14 days. No questions. No forms. No hoops.
1. How to request a refund
Email charlie@madebycharlie.co within 14 days of your purchase. Include the email you used to buy. That's it — no form, no questionnaire, no “are you sure?” loop.
2. Processing time
Refunds are issued within five business days of your request, and most go out the same business day. The money is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take three to ten days to show up on your statement.
3. Why it's no-questions-asked
If the database doesn't help you, neither of us should be holding onto each other's stuff. Take a look, decide it's not for you, get your money back. Done.
4. What's not refundable
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first. If something's wrong, please email us — it's faster for you and avoids extra fees on both sides.
- Requests filed after 14 days from purchase. After 14 days, all sales are final.
- Purchases made through an affiliate are still refundable, but the affiliate's commission on that purchase is reclaimed.
5. Access after a refund
Once your refund is issued, we ask that you stop using the database and remove any duplicated copies from your Notion workspace. We can't technically “un-duplicate” what you've already saved — we trust you to do the right thing.
