By using madebycharlie.co or buying any product from Made By Charlie (“we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose.
1. What we sell
Made By Charlie sells digital products. Currently, that's the 110+ High-Income Skills Notion database (the “Database”) and any future digital products we release. Digital products are delivered immediately after checkout, via Notion or the email you used to buy.
2. Your license
When you buy the Database, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning and reference.
You may:
- Duplicate the Database into your personal Notion workspace.
- Customize it — add skills, notes, change categories, make it yours.
- Use the information inside to guide your own decisions and learning.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share access with anyone else.
- Publish the Database, or substantial portions of it, anywhere public.
- Use the contents to train any AI or machine-learning model.
- Remove attribution or claim authorship.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by ThriveCart and Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By purchasing, you also agree to ThriveCart's and Stripe's terms.
4. Delivery
You'll be redirected to the Database immediately after payment. If you can't access it within five minutes, email charlie@madebycharlie.co and we'll get you sorted.
5. Refunds
14-day no-questions-asked refund on every digital product. Full details on the Refund Policy page.
6. Lifetime updates
The Database gets free updates for life. New skills, refreshed income data, updated recommended resources — you get every version after the one you bought, at no extra cost, for as long as the product exists.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — the Database, the brand, the logo, the written content, the design — is owned by Made By Charlie and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
8. No guarantee of outcome
The Database is informational. It includes researched data on income potential, time-to-proficiency, and recommended resources for a range of skills.
It does not guarantee any income, employment, or career outcome. Results depend entirely on your effort, your situation, and the market. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or career advice.
9. Affiliate program
A buyer-only affiliate program is available. Email charlie@madebycharlie.co with the subject “Affiliate Inquiry” and we'll get back to you.
10. Third-party content
The Database links to third-party courses, books, and platforms. We don't control those services, and we're not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, or pricing.
11. Tracking and analytics
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure ads and improve the site. Full details on the Privacy Policy page.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Made By Charlie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
